Rebecca comes from a strong legal assistant and operational background and has quickly developed impressive knowledge in AI and automation. She will help drive the tactical and strategic projects needed to make our systems work together more cleanly.

Give Rebecca a warm welcome as she ramps into cross-functional systems work.
She enjoys food and wine and splits time between the beautiful coastal cities of Cambria and San Diego, California.
Her focus will be practical systems connection, execution, and operational lift across teams.

Nick will work closely with just about all of our teams, but especially engineering, to ensure our systems are secure, future-proof, and serving our needs efficiently.

Based in Denver and joining us in a remote, fractional capacity.
Also serves as the SVP, Product and Technology of Plume Clinic, a trans-first telehealth clinic.
Will help strengthen technical direction, reliability, and scale as teams grow.

Lauren is based in Chicago and brings extensive experience building companies and scaling teams. She will be meeting with everyone and helping set strategic goals that make work move more smoothly across the organization.

Establish a consistent operating cadence for weekly priorities, blockers, and decisions.
Help organize cross-team execution across clinical ops, billing, marketing, and engineering.
Improve follow-through and visibility so work is not living in ad hoc memory or text threads.

Welcome Samantha “Sam” Justice

Sam is already making big strides getting up to speed. She previously managed a chiropractic clinic in Sacramento and recently relocated to Oakland.

She will be keeping patients flowing, supplies stocked, prior authorizations approved, and supporting marketing efforts among many other day-to-day needs.
She is already certified by Neurostar as a treater and is catching onto our complex workflows quickly.
Please give Sam a warm welcome as she continues building momentum in Oakland.
